W4RAT now on DMRVA

Today the W4RAT DMR repeater was moved over to the DMRVA System. VA Statewide, Mid-Atlantic and the DMRVA TAC Talkgroups are now available in Richmond, in addition to the previously available ones. See the Talkgroups page for the full lineup.
